Fabrizio Romano has reported on Twitter that Chelsea are clear in their stance on Levi Colwill.
The Italian journalist has claimed that Chelsea will not sell Colwill in the summer transfer window.
Romano has added that the former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners are actually planning to open talks with the defender over a new contract.
Liverpool have been linked with the 20-year-old central defender, who has just won the UEFA European Under-21 Championship with England.
Manchester City want to sign Colwill as well, while Brighton and Hove Albion want to secure his services on a permanent deal this summer, according to 90min.
The centre-back spent last season on loan at Brighton from Chelsea.
