Crystal Palace now reportedly want to sign Arnaut Danjuma after Tottenham Hotspur decided not to make his loan deal permanent.
According to The Sun journalist Jack Rosser on Twitter, Crystal Palace are interested in signing Arnaut Danjuma, who spent the second half of last season on loan at Tottenham Hotspur from Villarreal.
The 26-year-old winger moved to Spurs on loan from Villarreal in the January transfer window.
The Netherlands international failed to make a huge impact at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Danjuma made one start and eight substitute appearances in the Premier League for Spurs during his loan spell.
The winger scored one goal in those games.
The Dutchman scored one goal in two substitute appearances in the FA Cup for Spurs as well.
Rosser has reported that Palace want to sign Danjuma in the summer transfer window.
Villarreal are looking for £25 million in transfer fees for the winger, but the Spanish club are open to another loan deal.

What should Crystal Palace do about former Tottenham Hotspur loanee Arnaut Danjuma?
In our opinion, Crystal Palace should try to get a loan deal done for Arnaut Danjuma instead of signing the winger on a permanent transfer.
The winger did not really do much of note at Spurs.
Now, of course, we have to consider that the winger moved to Tottenham in the middle of the season, and the North London club did not do well in the second half of the campaign.
So that did affect the winger’s performance.
However, Palace would be wise to be cautious about the winger and see how he does on loan first before handing him a permanent deal.
