Sean Dyche’s Everton and David Moyes’s West Ham United are among the clubs who are reportedly keen on signing Arsenal striker Folarin Balogun.

Everton and West Ham Ham United make contact for Arsenal striker Folarin Balogun

According to 90min, West Ham United, Everton and Crystal Palace are interested in signing Folarin Balogun from Arsenal in the summer transfer window.

Fulham and Brentford are also keen on the striker, who spent last season on loan at Reims from Arsenal.

The report has claimed that the Hammers, the Toffees, the Eagles, the Cottagers and the Bees all “have made contact” in regard to signing Balogun in the summer of 2023.

According to 90min, Balogun does not want to sign a new contract and then leave on loan, which has forced Arsenal to tell his representatives to go and find a new club for the striker.

Arsenal are now prepared to sell the 21-year-old USA international striker, according to the report.

Exit likely

In our opinion, it does now look likely that Folarin Balogun will leave Arsenal in the summer transfer window.

It would make sense for the Gunners to cash in on the striker now, especially as they are about to sign Germany international forward Kai Havertz from Chelsea.

That West Ham and Everton have made contact in regard to signing the American striker shows that he has a lot of interest, and he would be wise to explore those options.

During his loan spell at Reims last season, Balogun scored 21 goals and gave two assists in 34 Ligue 1 starts.
