Tottenham are in talks with Bayer and are progressing well in their quest to bring the 24-year-old defender to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
“Tapsoba’s representatives have signalled he is willing to move” to Spurs, according to 90min, who have added that Liverpool are among the clubs who “have been informed of” his situation.

In our view, if Liverpool have been told about Edmond Tapsoba’s situation, then Tottenham Hotspur need to get a deal done for the Bayer Leverkusen defender.
We believe that if the Burkino Faso international centre-back had to make a choice between Spurs and Liverpool, then he would pick the latter.
After all, Liverpool are a bigger club who regularly challenge for the Premier League title and compete in the UEFA Champions League.
