Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool do not plan to sell Kostas Tsimikas in the summer transfer window, according to a report.
The Athletic have reported that Liverpool plan to keep Kostas Tsimikas as well as Andy Robertson in the squad for next season.
Robertson is the number one left-back for Liverpool, while Tsimikas is the back-up to the Scotland international.
According to The Athletic, “Liverpool are planning for next season” with Greece international left-back Tsimikas on board.
The report has claimed that senior Liverpool sources have dismissed suggestions that Roberto could leave the former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners in the summer transfer window.
Spanish giants Real Madrid have been linked with Robertson.

Liverpool could need Kostas Tsimikas
In our view, Liverpool are being wise not to let Kostas Tsimikas leave in the summer transfer window.
We all know that Andy Robertson is the first-choice left-back in manager Jurgen Klopp’s squad.
The Scotland international is one of the best left-backs in the Premier League.
However, Liverpool need a capable back-up.
And Tsimikas is that.
The £11.75 million (Sky Sports) 27-year-old does not play regularly, but he can do a good job when called upon.
Tsimikas has made 35 appearances in the Premier League for Liverpool so far in his career.
The left-back has created four big chances in those games.
