Leeds United winger Jack Harrison has suffered relegation just days after rumoured interest from West Ham United.

The Whites have suffered relegation to the Championship after a dismal final day of the campaign.

Leeds were thrashed 4-1 at home by Tottenham Hotspur, sealing their fate with a 19th-placed finish.

Even if Leeds had won, it wouldn’t have been enough as Everton beat Bournemouth 1-0 to secure their survival.

Leeds now head back to the Championship just three years after their long-awaited return to the Premier League.

That means a number of players are likely to be targeted by rival clubs, such as talented forward Wilfried Gnonto and midfielder Tyler Adams.

Winger Jack Harrison – who scored Leeds’ only goal against Tottenham today – looks primed for a summer move away.

West Ham United may have chance to sign Jack Harrison

Harrison had a January move to Leicester City scrapped with The Telegraph claiming that 49ers Enterprises cancelled the deal.

Harrison only signed a new deal with Leeds in April, penning an extension until 2028 to seemingly commit himself to the club.

However, Leeds have now gone down and with the 26-year-old still having England ambitions, he may still look to leave.

Harrison has been one of few shining lights in a dreadful season for Leeds, bagging five goals and seven assists in 36 games.

That will lead to interest from Premier League clubs and West Ham United may well be one of them.

The Sun reported just a few days ago that West Ham United are interested in snapping up Harrison this summer.

West Ham have secured their Premier League status and could win a European trophy in the coming weeks.

That will make them very appealing to somebody like Harrison, who may see a way to really kick on just like Jarrod Bowen.

Leeds are left open to losing players after suffering relegation and West Ham may well be primed to make their move for Harrison.
