Newcastle United head coach Eddie Howe is reportedly not fully convinced by Arsenal left-back Kieran Tierney.
According to Football Transfers, Newcastle United want to sign Kieran Tierney from Premier League rivals Arsenal in the summer transfer window.
The report has claimed that Arsenal are willing to sell the left-back for £35 million.
Newcastle are willing to pay £18 million for the Scotland international defender.
However, according to the report, Newcastle manager Howe “is having reservations” about Tierney “due to his injury record”.
While Tierney has done well for Arsenal when fit and on firm, he has spent quite a bit of time on the sidelines.

In our view, Newcastle United head coach Eddie Howe should not be too bothered about the injury problems that have affected Kieran Tierney at Arsenal.
Yes, the left-back has had fitness issues during his time at Arsenal so far, but that is just unfortunate.

We believe that Tierney would be a very good signing for Arsenal.
The 25-year-old would make Newcastle a better team.
