Everton youngster Isaac Price will soon finalise his move to outfit Standard Liege with fellow Premier League prospect Romaine Mundle following him from Tottenham Hotspur to Belgium.
It is five weeks now since Standard coach Ronny Deila confirmed his team’s interest in an all-action 19-year-old midfielder who seems destined to leave Goodison Park on a free transfer during the upcoming transfer window.
“I don’t know if (the deal) done or not,” the former Celtic boss said of Everton’s Isaac Price. “But he is indeed a player we are following.”

And while things have gone a little quiet of late, negotiations are understand to still be progressing rather nicely in the background. In fact, Le Soir believe that a deal for Price, who has featured only briefly in the Premier League and not at all under Sean Dyche, will ‘soon be finalised’.
Everton and Tottenham are set to lose two exciting talents
Scott is out of contract in July. Everton will earn a compensation fee of around £400,000, due to the fact that the twice-capped Northern Ireland international has spent over a decade at Finch Farm.
Scott, meanwhile, should be joined at Standard Liege by Romaine Mundle.
The jet-heeled forward has also turned down a new deal at his current employers; seemingly frustrated by the lack of first-team opportunities on offer at Tottenham Hotspur. Mundle has 12 goals or assists for the club’s U23 side in Premier League 2 this term, but remains well down the pecking order despite the struggles of Richarlison, Arnaut Danjuma and Heung-Min Son.
This looks likely to be the final straw as far as Mundle is concerned; Voetbal Krant reporting that he was present at Standard Liege’s recent Jupiler League clash with KV Westerlo. He has also visited their training ground.
A deal for Mundle is not quite as far along as it is for Price. But Le Soir say that talks are ongoing.
