Tottenham Hotspur target Luis Enrique is now being offered a deal by Saudi Arabian club Al Hilal as he weighs up his future.
That is according to SportItalia reporter Rudy Galetti, who claims that negotiations between Al Hilal and Enrique are ‘well underway’.
Al Hilal are allegedly planning to sack manager Ramon Diaz – formerly of Oxford United.
Defeat to Urawa Red Diamonds in the AFC Champions League final means Diaz is now on the brink.
Al Hilal are setting their targets high and going for Enrique, who is out of work having left his post as Spain boss following the World Cup.
Al Hilal could end up pulling off a major Barcelona reunion, starting with Enrique.
French reporter Mohamed Bouhafsi claims that Al Hilal want to convince Lionel Messi to join by also bringing in Jordi Alba and Sergio Busquets.
Enrique coached Messi, Alba and Busquets at Barcelona and even won the 2015 Champions League together.

Tottenham could miss out on Luis Enrique
This isn’t exactly ideal news for Tottenham.
Spurs have been showing a real interest in appointing Enrique as their new manager this summer.
90Min reported just last week that Enrique was interested in the Tottenham job after holding talks.
Tottenham not having a director of football seemingly wasn’t putting Enrique off, giving Spurs hope.
Yet with no offer on the table, Tottenham risk missing out on Enrique.
Al Hilal are now ready to offer up big money to Enrique as well as reuniting him with some of his former superstars.
That could be very tempting for Enrique and if Tottenham want the Spaniard, they may need to get serious very soon.
Spurs would hope that a move to the Premier League would be more appealing than Saudi Arabia, but money talks – and Spurs can’t end up missing out on targets like they did in 2021.
