Jamie O’Hara has criticised Daniel Levy for not appointing Mauricio Pochettino as the next Tottenham Hotspur manager.
It was reported on Monday that the Argentine was closing in on signing a contract to take over the Chelsea job.
Jamie O’Hara, who is known to be a vocal Tottenham Hotspur fan has expressed his fury at his club’s failure to bring in Mauricio Pochettino as their next manager.
Jamie O’Hara blasts Daniel Levy for Mauricio Pochettino manager decision
The Argentine is considered as a hero in N17, making Spurs a staple in the Champions League and taking them to the final of the competition in 2019.
Andros Townsend went as far as to tell talkSPORT that the former Paris Saint-German boss was ‘one of, if not the best manager in the world’ in 2021.
As it seems all but official that Mauricio Pochettino will become the Chelsea manager, Jamie O’Hara has expressed his fury at Daniel Levy in particular.

“He’s made for Tottenham. He has unfinished business and the only reason why he’s not going back is because Daniel Levy’s an idiot and he doesn’t want to go back on old ground because they fell out when he left”, he said on talkSPORT.
“That’s the only reason! It’s Daniel Levy’s fault!”
HITC View: Tottenham can still appoint brilliant alternatives
The anger from Spurs supporters is understandable as Pochettino is tailor-made for the job at their club, having been there and done that.
To add to that, the sights of seeing a club legend such as him to join their arch-rivals must burn them.
However, Tottenham Hotspur could still appoint a manager of the pedigree of Luis Enrique or even Julian Nagelsmann if they miss the boat on Mauricio Pochettino.
If the London-based side managed to steer themselves in such a direction, missing out on him would be the furthest thing from the worst thing in the world.
