Alan Shearer has said on PremierLeague.com that Leeds United winger Jack Harrison could be key in the club’s quest to escape the dreaded drop to the Championship at the end of the season.
The Newcastle United legend has included Leeds winger Harrison in his Premier League Team of the Week.
Shearer was impressed by the display produced by Harrison in the win for Leeds against Wolverhampton Wanderers this past weekend.
The BBC Sport pundit believes that the 26-year-old could be the one who keeps Leeds in the Premier League.
Leeds beat Wolves 4-2 away from home in the Premier League this past weekend.
Harrison scored one of the goals and was a problem for Wolves throughout his time on the pitch.
Leeds are 14th in the Premier League table at the moment with 26 points from 27 matches.
Javi Gracia’s side are now two points above the bottom three.

Harrison has made 23 starts and two substitute appearances in the Premier League for Leeds so far this season.
The former Manchester City prospect has scored three goals and given six assists in those games.
Last season, Harrison scored eight goals and gave one assist in the Premier League, while in 2020-21, the winger scored eight goals and provided eight assists in the league.
