Though we all want to take our mums out for fancy meals and give us lavish gifts, unfortunately the budget this year just doesn’t cover that. That doesn’t mean we don’t want them to know just how much they mean to us. Plus, we’re not sure a sweet Mother’s Day message or caption will cut it.
Compromise with these restaurant deals so that you can all go out without worrying about the cash.
Seven Mother’s Day 2023 restaurant deals
Pick any of the following and make your booking quick to secure your place on Mother’s Day. They may not be the Ivy, but we’re sure it will still be appreciated.
Morrisons afternoon tea deal
If you don’t want the whole hassle of a big meal, or perhaps you have a homecooked one planned, then the Mother’s Day deal at Morrisons might be for you. For 2023, the supermarket is offering a £10 afternoon tea for two, usually priced at £12.99. The deal includes sandwiches, scones, cakes served on a three tier stand along with some Yorkshire Tea.
Those interested will have to book online and select which store they will be dining in. Or, if you think mum will prefer it in the comfort of your own home, you can even get it to takeaway too!
Brewers Fayre have a Mother’s Day set menu
Available today (March 18) and tomorrow, the chain are offering a 2 course meal at £14.49 per person just for Mother’s Day. If you think you’ve got room for more, then you can include a dessert for just £2 extra!
On the menu for 2023 are the following:
Starters: Prawn Cocktail, Mac & Cheese Bites, Cauliflower Bites, Chicken Goujons or Garlic and Herb Mushrooms.
Mains: 8oz Sirloin, Smothered Chicken, Salmon En Croute, Mixed Grill, Big Stack Burger, Beef and Ale Pie or Haddock and Chips.
Puddings: Cadbury Dairy Milk Caramel Sundae, Triple Chocolate Brownie, Jam Roly Poly, Chocolate Torte, Knickerbocker Glory Sundae.
As Mother’s Day is a Sunday after all, you can opt to have a Sunday roast on the actual day instead if that takes your fancy.

Table Table is even cheaper
If you like to the look of the Brewer’s Fayre menu but don;t have one nearby, then you’re in luck. Those with a Table Table near to them can get the exact same menu, but have 3 courses for £15.99 instead, making it even cheaper!
Even if a Brewer’s Fayre is closer, you might want to go slightly further afield to save on the cash!
Whisk your mum off to ASK Italian
You can’t go wrong with a bit of Italian, so the ASK Italian Mother’s Day set menu should definitely be on the cards if your mum is a lover of pizza or pasta.
For 2023, the restaurant are offering a three course set menu for £25.95 per head. This is only available on the day itself, so make sure to nab a table if your stomach is already growling. The set menu depends on which branch you’ll be dining in, but some of the options on offer include King Prawns, Tagliatelle and Lasagne and Tarts, Cheesecakes and Tiramisu to finish it off.
This Mother’s Day restuarant deal is a little more expensive, but we all know that mum is worth it.
Get the Pizza Express Mother’s Day deal
If Italian restaurants is up your street but the above price isn’t, then Pizza Express are also offering a three course set menu, but for £19.95. Those who aren’t fussed about desserts can just have two courses for £15.95 too.
Really showing the love, the starter on offer is their doughballs, but in an adorable heart shape just for Mother’s Day. Guests can then pick from any of their classic pizzas for a main course.
Make sure your a Pizza Express memmber to get the above prices as each menu is a £1 extra if you’re not.
Harvester’s Mother’s Day deal
Those wanting something a little more relaxed with plenty of options might be tempted by Harvester this Mother’s Day.
For Mother’s Day 2023, the chain are offering a three course set menu (there’s a bit of a theme here..) priced at £21.99 per person. Here’s what you can expect to be available:
Starters: Halloumi Fries, Chicken Goujons, Spicy Prawns, Breaded Mushrooms, Nachos or Tomato Soup.
Mains: BBQ Chicken Stack, Dirty Bird Burger, Ribs, 10oz Sirloin, Cod & Chips, Half Rotisserie Chicken, Battered Halloumi & Chips, Chicken Skewer, Halloumi Skewer, Chilli Non Carne or Surfin’ Bird.
Puddings: Chocolate Fudge Cake, Chocolate Brownie, Treacle Sponge, Apple & Blackberry Crumble or Rocky Horror Sundae.
Go to Beefeater for Mother’s Day 2023
This year, Beefeater are offering either a two course or three course set menu for £17.95 and £20.95 respectively.
One for the meatlovers, this is what’s on offer at Beefeater this Mother’s Day.
Starters: Chicken Goujons, Cauli Popcorn, Cheesy Grilled Mushrooms, Garlic Flatbread or Scallops and King Prawns.
Mains: 8oz Sirloin, 8oz Rump, 8oz Fillet, 10oz Ribeye, Vegan House, Grilled Salmon or Haddock & Chips.
Puddings: Cadbury Crunchie Cheesecake, KitKat Sundae, Chocolate Brownie, Ice cream & Berries, Apple Pie, Lemon Tart or Sticky Toffee Pudding.
