Gabby Agbonlahor has stated on Twitter that it is ‘desperation’ from Jamie O’Hara calling for Mauricio Pochettino to return and replace Antonio Conte as Tottenham Hotspur manager.
Tottenham’s midweek Champions League exit to AC Milan opened up a can of emotions at Hotspur Way, from Richarlison’s outburst to talk about Conte’s future at the club.
Even though Spurs have done well to bounce back by beating Nottingham Forest 3-1 on Saturday, it still raises the question as to whether Conte will still be in charge next season.

The Italian’s current deal runs out in the summer, and he has remained coy about his future, whilst a certain Pochettino, who was sacked by Paris Saint-Germain in July 2022, has been talked about to return.
O’Hara has been pretty vocal about the goings-on at Spurs, including wanting Pochettino back.
But when O’Hara’s fellow talkSPORT pundit Gabby Agbonlahor saw that the former Tottenham midfielder wanted Pochettino back, he simply posted ‘desperation man’.
CONTE HAS TO TAKE SOME SORT OF BLAME
Yes, this is another trophy-laden coach in Tottenham’s dugout that is set to leave without a trophy and Daniel Levy will get the verbal bashing that he deserves, in that regard.
But it shouldn’t mean that Conte and his players are immune to criticism.
At the end of the day, they were the ones knocked out by a Championship side in the FA Cup for two seasons in a row, including dropping Harry Kane to the bench for the loss at Sheffield United, not Levy.
Plus, it’s Conte talking about the long-term, yet he clearly doesn’t believe in it because of his current contract situation and the fact that he hasn’t signed yet.
Either way, if the Italian is going to leave, then it’s best he heads for the exit door now, rather than letting this drag on until the summer.
