Liverpool star Roberto Firmino would look forward to joining Galatasaray at the end of his contract at Anfield. The Brazilian’s agent has also offered his transfer to the Super Lig side.

That is according to A Spor, which reports representatives of the ROGON agency have now put Firmino’s transfer to Galatasaray. The 31-year-old is set to be a free agent this summer with his contract expiring on June 30. So, his camp have strived to sound out their options.

Galatasaray had already opened talks with ROGON about a new contract for Sacha Boey as it mentioned Firmino’s potential availability. He is keen to understand if Cimbom have any interest in his services ahead of becoming a free agent after eight seasons on Merseyside.

ROGON offer Galatasaray his transfer as Liverpool eye a new contract for Firmino

A Spor does not cite Galatasaray’s response to ROGON offering Firmino’s transfer, should he leave Liverpool. But the Istanbul natives intend to make a big-name signing in the next transfer market. Cimbom aspires to be competitive in the Champions League next season.

Galatasaray are already establishing targets for potential dealings after building a six-point lead atop the Super Lig table, as well. Firmino would welcome the chance to join the club’s project as a free agent. But FC Inter News recently claimed he was close to a new contract.

Firmino has also held talks with Inter Milan over a move to San Siro as a free agent

Inter Milan are tracking Firmino’s discussions with Liverpool over a new contract in view of a transfer. Barcelona and Atletico Madrid also like the £180k-a-week ace Jurgen Klopp calls ‘complete’. Yet the Reds have offered him a two-year extension but he wants three years.

Firmino may accept a two-year contract with an optional third to stay at Liverpool. Though Gazzetta dello Sport also notes he has held talks with Inter Milan over potentially replacing Romelu Lukaku. The Belgian faces an uncertain future beyond his loan move from Chelsea.

Should Liverpool fail to agree on a new contract with Firmino, suitors like Inter Milan and – potentially – Galatasaray will flock for his transfer. He has offered the Reds nine goals in 25 games this term. He has 107 goals in 352 matches since joining for £29m from Hoffenheim.
