Stan Collymore has predicted on CaughtOffside that Leeds United will play out a draw with Manchester United at Elland Road in the Premier League this weekend.

Leeds and Manchester United played out a 2-2 draw with each other in the Premier League on Wednesday evening.

The match was held at Old Trafford.

Leeds took the lead against the Red Devils after just one minute and went 2-0 up in the opening minutes of the second half.

However, Erik ten Hag’s side then launched a comeback, and the game ended in a 2-2 draw.

It was a brilliant game of football.

Leeds and Manchester United will lock horns with each other again this weekend.

This time the game will be played at Elland Road on Sunday.

And former Liverpool striker Collymore believes that the Premier League match could end in a draw again.

Collymore wrote: “Obviously Man United are heading to Elland Road on Sunday. It’s unusual to play the same team back-to-back, but after getting a 2-2 result on Wednesday at Old Trafford, Leeds will feel a lot more confident that they can take at least another point again next time out.

“The crowd will play a huge part too. I think if they can get in United’s faces again and use their physicality, Leeds’ players, who will be desperate to impress whoever their next manager is going to be, could definitely get another draw.”

Who will win?

In our view, Leeds United will fancy their chances against Manchester United this weekend.

That Leeds were 2-0 up at Old Trafford will encourage them.

This time the match will be at Elland Road, and we know how big an advantage that is for the West Yorkshire club.

Now, of course, Manchester United have a better team and better players, and it is unlikely that they will not have learned their lesson from the game in midweek.

So, it is very likely that the Red Devils will be better defensively.

Like at Old Trafford, the Premier League match between Leeds and Manchester United at Elland Road could end in a draw as well.
