Liverpool and Brighton have both been watching Keito Nakamura closely as they weigh up a future move for the LASK attacker.
That’s according to The Telegraph’s Mike McGrath, who took to Twitter to discuss Nakamura’s future.
McGrath claims that Augsburg and Reims have both been making moves to try and sign Nakamura.
However, Nakamura has decided to stay with LASK in Austria and will not be making a move on deadline day.
Maybe Nakamura senses a bigger move in the summer as McGrath claims that both Liverpool and Brighton are interested.
The Premier League duo have been scouting Nakamura and will continue to monitor him ahead of the summer transfer window.

Who is Liverpool target Keito Nakamura?
Nakamura emerged with Gamba Osaka but only ever played 25 times for the J1 League side.
Loans to FC Twente, Sint-Truiden and Juniors OÖ – the second team of LASK – materialised with mixed success throughout.
LASK saw enough potential in Nakamura though and signed him permanently in 2021.
The Japanese winger has proven to be an absolute sensation in Austria, notching nine goals in 32 appearances last season.
This term has been even better with Nakamura smashing 11 goals and six assists in 18 appearances for LASK.
Now 22, Nakamura is still waiting for his first senior cap for Japan but that surely can’t be far away.
Nakamura has been earning huge praise from LASK boss Dietmar Kuhbauer, who called him ‘exceptional’ both in terms of his technique and finishing ability.
Brighton’s interest will naturally bring Kaoru Mitoma comparisons and Liverpool may now feel they need to move in for a talent like Nakamura before the Seagulls strike again.
A deal won’t happen today but if Liverpool go for another winger in the summer, Nakamura appears to be a prime target.
