Newcastle United striker Callum Wilson has given his reaction on Instagram to the Magpies signing Anthony Gordon from Premier League rivals Everton in the January transfer window.
Eddie Howe’s side have announced the signing of English winger Gordon from the Toffees.
Newcastle have reportedly paid £45 million in transfer fees for the 21-year-old attacker.
And Wilson has welcomed Gordon to St. James’ Park, as you can see below.

Good signing for the Magpies?
In our view, Anthony Gordon is a very good signing for Newcastle United.
Yes, £45 million is a lot of money for a 21-year-old, but there is no doubt that Gordon is hugely talented.
That he was playing for a big club such as Everton in the first team already underlines the winger’s quality.
Moreover, Gordon is only 21.
So, Newcastle are investing in a player who can only get better in the coming years.
We know how good a ‘coach’ Newcastle manager Eddie Howe is.
We believe that Howe is going to make Gordon better and improve him.
Now, of course, we have to be patient with the winger and allow him time.
There is no guarantee that the winger will get straight into the Newcastle starting lineup.
However, after a few weeks of working with Howe, Gordon could be able to make a huge impact at Newcastle, who are aiming to finish in the top four of the Premier League table this season.
