Well, the Liverpool transfer news appears to be winding down regarding arrivals.
It looks increasingly like Cody Gakpo for £37 million might be the Reds’ only addition in January.
However, there are departures which could materialise before the deadline in four days.
And one of them is Nat Phillips.
The 25-year-old has only managed 66 minutes of Premier League football this season.
He is firmly behind Virgil van Dijk, Ibrahima Konate, Joel Matip and Joe Gomez in the pecking order.

And Klopp has today admitted that moving on the Bolton-born powerhouse is a possibility before Tuesday’s deadline.
He said via Team Talk: “It depends if there are offers. We have to be prepared for pretty much everything. We don’t know. The 31st is the deadline day and we will see. I don’t know.”
Some Liverpool supporters might be disappointed to see Phillips go.
This is someone who Klopp himself labelled ‘absolutely insane’ [official website] toward the end of the 2020-21 season, following a series of heroic defensive displays for the Anfield outfit.
That was the season when Van Dijk, Gomez and Matip were all missing for much of the campaign, so it was Phillips who chiefly stepped up and helped Liverpool to Champions League qualification that year.
But it’s true that he has very little role to play under Klopp these days and therefore a departure makes complete sense.
