In 2003, reports revealed the Jolene singer had gone under the knife – and she wasn’t shy about it. As per the story published, the singer had her eyes, lips, and breasts done.

During an interview with Q Magazine, the singer revealed the price tag- and no, Dolly Parton’s breast implants are not insured. The famous singer also said she wanted people to look at her since she had spent a large amount on them.

“I’ve slapped a few people who didn’t stare at them! This kind of money, they’d better be looking at them,” she told PopSugar.

“No, I’ve not insured my boobs. I just paid a million dollars for them, and I hope they look a million dollars, too!”

Dolly Parton underwent a breast reduction because her ‘Virginia Twins’ were killing her

A year later, in regard to her ‘Virginia Twins’, as she named them, the 77-year-old singer had to get a reduction after revealing they were ‘killing her’.

“My boobs are killing – and I don’t know if I can stand the pain any longer,” the Express reported. “My boobs have been a trademark for me – but I’ve paid one hell of a price.”

30 years in the spotlight, the country singer hasn’t denied getting the work done. After spending a whopping million dollars on the procedure, she named them West Virginia and East Virginia, referring to them as her ‘Virginia Twins’.
