90min have reported that Arsenal and Chelsea target Mudryk is flying to London this evening.
The 22-year-old winger is set to undergo a medical with Chelsea.
Shakhtar have released an official statement on their Twitter page, saying that they are close to reaching an agreement with Chelsea over the transfer of Mudryk.
