French outlet Jeunes Footeux claim Newcastle, Manchester United and West Ham are all in the race to sign Frankfurt star Evan Ndicka with the Frenchman out of contract at the end of the season – but so are seven other clubs.
Ndicka, 23, has been superb for the Bundesliga side since joining the club back in 2018 from Auxerre. In that time, Ndicka has clocked up 162 appearances for Frankfurt. Last season, he helped Frankfurt win the Europa League trophy.
Beating Rangers in the final, on penalties – Aaron Ramsey missing a crucial spot-kick. Now, he is out of contract at the end of the season, and there are a huge number of clubs trying to sign him. Indeed, Jeunes Footeux list nine teams.
Newcastle, West Ham and Manchester United all want Ndicka. But so do PSG, Sevilla, AC Milan, Monaco, Barcelona, and Dortmund. A total of nine clubs now looking to bring in the defender. Manchester United may have an advantage.

That is because TransferMarkt report that he is represented by the same agency as both Amad Diallo and Eric Bailly. So, it might be that United steal a march on their rivals – and they certainly need a defender with Luke Shaw in the middle.

Where is his best move, if Ndicka wants a move to the Premier League? Well, as stated, United desperately need new options in the middle of their defence. Shaw has been playing in the middle, and Ndicka would be a better option.
A move to Old Trafford will be tempting for Ndicka, especially with the way Erik ten Hag has got his side playing. If they have Champions League football to offer, though, United may want a better option. Newcastle have Sven Botman.
Tricky to displace the impressive Dutch defender. West Ham have numerous options – but are set to lose both Angelo Ogbonna and Craig Dawson at the end of the season on free transfers. So, he would be a superb replacement.
