At right-back, captain Kieran Trippier also makes the cut in the Newcastle starting lineup against Leicester, displacing Javier Manquillo.

While Sven Botman, who was slated for his lack of pace by Chris Waddle in the FA Cup retains his place, he is joined by usual partner-in-crime Fabian Schar, as Jamaal Lascelles drops to the bench.

Jamaal Lewis also makes his way amongst the substitutes, with Dan Burn operating at left-back.

First things first, while Joelinton keeps his place in the Newcastle starting lineup, he is now set to move from midfield to the front 3.

In his place in the middle of the park comes in Joe Willock as the left-sided midfielder.

Sean Longstaff also starts from the off once again after playing against Sheffield Wednesday, while Elliot Anderson is replaced by Bruno Guimaraes against Leicester City.

Alongside Joelinton, Alexander Isak and Matt Ritchie join the other substitutes, with Callum Wilson and Miguel Almiron starting proceedings.

The entire back four that started against Gillingham has been replaced, with Lewis Brunt, Jannik Vestegaard, Caglar Soyuncu and Kasey McAteer benched for Timothy Castagne, Daniel Amartey, Wout Faes and Luke Thomas respectively.

While Youri Tielemans keeps his place in midfield, Nampalys Mendy is replace by Wilfried Ndidi.

Behind the striker, Marc Albrighton and Ayoze Perez keep their places, while Harvey Barnes replaces one of the strikers in the Leicester lineup.
