Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal are interested in signing Eden Hazard from Real Madrid in the January transfer window, according to MediaFoot.
The report has claimed that Arsenal have made contact with last season’s La Liga and UEFA Champions League winners Madrid and have asked about bringing former Chelsea attacking midfielder Hazad to the Emirates Stadium in the middle of the season.
Arsenal want to sign Mykhailo Mudryk, but the Gunners are not finding it easy to get a deal done with his Shakhtar Donetsk.
So, according to the report, they have identified Hazard, who can also operate as a winger, as an alternative to the Ukraine international winger.

The Belgian is now simply not the player he was when he was at Chelsea.
The 32-year-old has had injury problems and poor form since his £89 million (BBC Sport) transfer to Madrid in 2019.
When Hazard does get onto the pitch, he is unable to do much of note.
We do not think that the 32-year-old will make Arsenal any better.
The Belgian has made one start and two substitute appearances in La Liga and has made one start and two substitute appearances in the UEFA Champions League for Los Blancos so far this season.
