Adama Traore to Leeds United isn’t going away.
The Whites have been linked with signing Traore pretty much every transfer window since their return to the Premier League, more or less.
And this week, Team Talk claimed that Leeds remain ‘very keen’ on signing the Spain international this month.
The former Barcelona winger is out of contract at Wolverhampton Wanderers this summer and when asked by Sky Sports about what his plan is, amid speculation that a new deal has been tabled, the player himself dropped the ominous ‘let’s see what happens’ soundbite.
He told Sky Sports: “I think everyone has been asking about my contract. For me, right now, it is important to help the team grow and after we’ll see what will happen.”

If Traore was staying at Wolves then this is hardly an encouraging statement.
Going by these comments, a January exit seem very possible and with Leeds still interested, well it would make sense for the Elland Road outfit to finally get their man.
Remember, Wanderers must sell this month or risk losing him on a free six months down the line and based on his comments to Sky, staying at Molineux might not be his top priority.
