The time has come at last as the Premier League returns on Boxing Day with fans set for the first round of festive fixtures.

The wait has been a long one, with the 2022 FIFA World Cup seeing top-flight football in England come to a pause as Argentina claimed success in Qatar with many of the Premier League’s best competing in Qatar.

However, Boxing Day will see the return of the Premier League as fans will be settling in for one of England’s best sporting traditions. But what time are the fixtures?

Seven games in total will take place on December 26th with two fixtures happening on December 27th before Leeds United – Manchester City cap off the Christmas run on December 28th.

Whilst Chelsea – AFC Bournemouth and Manchester United – Nottingham Forest will be taking place on the 27th, the Boxing Day fixtures this year are some of the most exciting in some time, with Tottenham kicking off the day with an away trip to Brentford at 12:30.

Whilst the 3pm Blackout would usually restrict Premier League fans from watching their team this Boxing Day, Amazon Prime’s right to show the games mean that every festive fixture this Christmas will be available to watch via their services.

As a result, all seven Boxing Day fixtures will be available to watch, meaning you can go from 12:30 with Tottenham – Brentford all the way to the full-time whistle of Arsenal – West Ham at 20:00 without leaving your seat as you nurse that Christmas Day hangover.
