Graham Potter’s Chelsea have made a firm offer to reported Liverpool and Manchester United target Youssoufa Moukoko, according to Sport.
Sport have reported that Chelsea have emerged strongly in the race to sign Borussia Dortmund striker Moukoko.
The former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners have made a firm offer to the 18-year-old, according to the Spanish publication.
Sport have added that Barcelona are keen on the Germany international striker, who played at the 2022 Qatar World Cup.
The Times have reported that Liverpool, Manchester United and Chelsea all are interested in Moukoko, who is out of contract at Bundesliga club Dortmund at the end of the season.

Chelsea or Liverpool for Youssoufa Moukoko?
In our opinion, Chelsea have a better chance of signing Youssoufa Moukoko than Liverpool from Borussia Dortmund in the January transfer window.
Liverpool are not in desperate need of a striker, while Chelsea could do with a player upfront due to the injury to Armando Broja.
The Blues also need to think long-term about their striker situation, and Moukoko at 18 could be a star for the London club for years to come.
So, Chelsea could be willing to pay much more than Liverpool for Moukoko in the middle of the season.
