Mykhailo Mudryk is trying to force a move to Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal, but the Gunners are not willing to pay £100 million in transfer fees that Shakhtar Donetsk want, according to TEAMtalk.

The report has claimed that Mudryk is pushing for a move to Arsenal and is trying to force a transfer to the North London club.

Arsenal themselves are keen on signing the Ukraine international winger and are pushing to get a deal done in the January transfer window.

However, Ukrainian giants Shakhtar want £100 million, the transfer fee that Manchester City paid Aston Villa for England international attacker Jack Grealish.

And, according to TEAMtalk, that is ‘an issue’, as Arseal are not willing to pay £100 million for a player who has turned out only in Ukraine so far in his career.

Could Arsenal pay £100 million for Mykhailo Mudryk?

In our view, if Shakhtar Donetsk do not reduce their asking price, then Arsenal would not be able to sign Mykhailo Mudryk in the January transfer window.

There is no way that Arsenal Sporting Director Edu and the club’s manager Mikel Arteta would sanction a £100 million transfer deal for a 21-year-old winger based in Ukraine in the middle of the season.

Absolutely no way.

Now, of course, we know that Arsenal really like Mudryk, who is a very good and promising young player, but we do not think that any club in the world would pay £100 million for him right now.
