Juventus are reportedly ready to sell three players linked with Tottenham in order to fund a move to sign Mason Mount, who is rumoured to be on Liverpool’s radar.
According to CalcioMercato, the Turin-based side are keen to offload Leandro Paredes, Weston McKennie and Adrien Rabiot in January to raise the money needed to sign Mount, whose Chelsea future remains uncertain after weeks of contract talks.
As per the report, all three Juventus players are expected to leave the club in some capacity in the January window, yet what is most extraordinary is that the trio have all been linked to Tottenham in the past few weeks, with McKennie the name that is the most likeliest to move to the north London club.
Tuttosport recently reported that Tottenham have held talks with the American international whilst according to CalcioMercato, Spurs are ready to rival the likes of Arsenal and Newcastle for Rabiot’s signature, with the Atheltic reporting that the Premier League side made an attempt to sign Paredes in the summer to no avail.

Now, Tottenham stand with a good chance of landing all three players with Juventus keen to offload the trio in January in order to win the race to sign Mount, with the Guardian reporting that Liverpool are also interested in the Chelsea superstar.
Lauded as ‘phenomenal’ by former Chelsea defender Antonio Rudiger, signing Mount would be quite the statement from Juventus. However, even if the Italian side were to offload Paredes, McKennie and Rabiot, landing the England international would still be quite the challenge for the Bianconeri.
Liverpool should do all they can to beat Juventus to Mount signing

Mount’s lack of action over signing a new Chelsea contract is one that has caught many fans and pundits by surprise, with the playmaker seemingly unable to find a breakthrough in talks with the west London side over penning fresh terms, and for Liverpool, they must ensure they beat Juventus to the 23-year-old’s signature.
Indeed, a player like Mount would be perfect for the next stage of Liverpool’s evolution, and whilst Juventus seemingly have a better gameplan than the Reds, Jurgen Klopp’s pull alone should be enough to help the Anfield side win this transfer race.
