It’s the day that many Pokemon fans live for, with the latest generation in the series, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet hitting shelves!

Players will begin their open-world adventures in the Paldea region, which features a bunch of new and exciting Pokemon to catch, train and battle.

This year’s game sees a mixed bag of creatures, with some that are incredibly cute, like Fidough, Pawmi, Lechonk and Greavard, and others that are a little less cute – including Grafaiai, Scovillain and Dondozo. One of the Pokemon that fits into the latter category players will encounter early in the adventures is Shroodle.

Here’s exactly how you can evolve your Shroodle into Grafaiai, the Toxic Monkey Pokemon, in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.

Where to Find Shroodle

Shroodle can be found very early on in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, however, it’s so small it can be tricky to spot.

How to Evolve Shroodle into Grafaiai in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

Unlike some of the new Pokemon in Scarlet and Violet, players won’t need to perform any special tasks to evolve their Shroodle.

Shroodle will evolve into Grafaiai once it hits level 28 in game.

Thankfully for players, Gamefreak has made it pretty easy to level Pokemon up in Scarlet and Violet, with a couple of methods really speeding the process up.

As has been the case with the recent games, EXP Share will be automatically on. This means that even if Shroodle isn’t the Pokemon battling, as long as it’s in your party, it will gain valuable EXP.

Alongside this, players can now send their Pokemon off to Auto Battle. This means you’ll be able to continue your adventure, while Shroodle is out there levelling up on its own!

Using these two methods, your Shroodle should evolve into a Girafaiai in no time at all.

That being said, you don’t necessarily need to grind levels for Shroodle as Grafaiai does appear in the wild in remote parts of Paldea.
