Rellor is a rolling Pokemon that has just been newly added and is quite a peculiar little one. It is a new bug type and when it evolves into Rabsca, it grows to be quite powerful.

This Pokemon rolls around a ball of mud, similar to that of a dung beetle. Evolving Rellor might be a little time-consuming and confusing to some players but this guide will explain all you need to know.

How To Evolve Rellor

To evolve Rellor, you will need to have them as your lead Pokemon You will have had to have reached the first Poke stop, which, to find Rellor you absolutely will have done. To release them, you press the R button. Then, they will have to walk a whopping 1000 steps alongside you in the Overworld. It sounds like a lot, but it will go by very quickly as there is plenty to explore, see and do. Plus, they will reward you for your efforts with level-ups, battles, and any items they find along the way!

For this feature to work and for Rellor to evolve as quickly as possible, you have to keep an eye on their health so that they don’t get themselves into a pickle when fighting other Pokemon. Equally, if you wander too far away from them, they will hop back into their ball. So make sure to keep an eye on your little buddy at all times.

It’ll be worth it too, as once you have walked the 1000 steps with your buddy Rellor, they will evolve into Rabsca, a powerful bug-psychic Pokemon! Worth it, right?
