How To Find Finizen

Being a dolphin Pokemon, Finizen’s location is limited to coastal regions in Paldea. Thankfully, the region is an island and coasts and beaches are in abundance.

However, while you can find it at most, Finizen won’t appear at all of them.

You can check out which beaches you’ll be able to find Finizen at on the map below:

How To Evolve Finizen

Finizen has two paths that you can take to evolve them. This depends on what is easiest or most fun for you at the time. To start with, you can evolve Finizen by leveling them up to level 38. You can do this in a variety of ways depending on what is easiest for you. It should be noted though that this does have to be done in the game’s online Union Circle.

This can be done by using rare candies and XP candies if you have them to hand, depending on when you meet your Finizen. Or, there is now a new implementation in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet where you can send your Pokemon off to auto-battle so they can gain XP and level themselves up. Neat, right?

If that doesn’t work for you and you don’t want to be departed from Finizen, you can have them in your party to benefit from XP share.

There you have it. That’s how you evolve Finizen!
