As per a report by the Daily Mail, Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy will not even consider the idea of selling Harry Kane.

Kane may eye Spurs exit in a bid to win trophies

While it is widely acknowledged that the 29-year old is one of the most complete strikers in Europe, his wait for even a single piece of silverware continues.

Despite serial winner Antonio Conte’s appointment seeming like the answer to his prayers, one gets a sense that the wheels are starting to fall off his project in North London.

The summer of 2021 seemed like the Englishman’s best possible chance of departing Spurs in favour of a move to Manchester City, who were clearly interested in his arrival as a successor for Sergio Aguero.

However, the well-documented gentleman’s agreement between Kane and Levy gave the latter the leverage to ensure that the club legend steers clear from a switch to the Etihad Stadium.

Meanwhile, Pep Guardiola’s side lifted their 4th Premier League title in the last five seasons.

As the links regarding a transfer to Bayern Munich rise by the day, the question remains whether Spurs will entertain the idea of an exit for their talismanic No.9.

Levy rejects the idea of a departure for Kane

As mentioned earlier, the Daily Mail have reported that Daniel Levy will not even contemplate a sale involving Harry Kane.

Despite the Three Lions captain having 18 months left on his contract, it seems as if Levy is not fearful about potentially losing him on a free transfer.

Only time will tell whether Kane tries to engineer a move from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium once again, or decides to become a one-club man.
