Arsenal host Nottingham Forest in the Premier League this afternoon as Mikel Arteta looks to get the Gunners back on track.

A draw at Southampton and defeat away at PSV Eindhoven has left some wondering Arsenal are just faltering slightly.

Arteta goes with Aaron Ramsdale in goal today and it’s the usual centre back pairing of William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhaes.

Ben White and Takehiro Tomiyasu continue as the full backs and Thomas Partey will protect the back four.

Martin Odegaard and Granit Xhaka will go forward with Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli out wide.

Gabriel Jesus leads the line for Arsenal as he looks for his first Premier League goal in almost a month.

Kieran Tierney is on the bench yet again with Karl Hein, Rob Holding, Cedric Soares, Albert Sambi Lokonga, Fabio Vieira, Reiss Nelson, Marquinhos and Eddie Nketiah joining the Scot.

Nottingham Forest beat Liverpool 1-0 last weekend and are no doubt looking for another scalp this afternoon.

Dean Henderson continues in goal having performed minor miracles against Liverpool.

There is one change to the side and it surrounds Renan Lodi as he comes in for Neco Williams at left back.

Steve Cook and Scott McKenna feature at centre back with former Tottenham man Serge Aurier at right back.

It’s a workmanlike midfield for Forest again as Ryan Yates, Cheikhou Kouyate and Remo Freuler all start.

Taiwo Awoniyi leads the line after his goal against Liverpool and will be supported by Morgan Gibbs-White and Jesse Lingard.

Williams drops to the bench, joining Wayne Hennessey, Joe Worrall, Orel Mangala, Lewis O’Brien, Sam Surridge, Brennan Johnson, Emmanuel Dennis and Willy Boly.
