Lazio will reportedly not sell Sergej Milinkovic-Savic at any cost ahead of the January transfer window amid interest from the likes of Arsenal and Tottenham.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the Serie A side have no interest of selling their star midfielder in the winter, with club president Claudio Lotito setting a price tag of €120m (£107m) for Milinkovic-Savic following a sensational start to the season for the Roman club.
Lazio have enjoyed a great campaign as the Biancocelesti sit third in the Italian top-flight, with Milinkovic-Savic’s playing a massive role for this fast start to the new season, with the 27-year-old bagging four goals and seven assists in all competition.
With Lazio also finely balanced to qualify from their UEFA Europa League group, there’s a real sense of belief around the club that that silverware and history could be on the cards if they don’t sell Milinkovic-Savic in January, much to the dismay of Arsenal and Tottenham.

Sky Sports reported via Sempre Milan in the summer that Tottenham were interested in signing the Serbian international, whilst according to Il Messaggero, Arsenal are also heavily tracking the Lazio dynamo. However, this latest update could ruin any plans for a January transfer.
Indeed, Milinkovic-Savic has the quality to slot into almost any midfield in world football, and Lazio once again denying the 27-year-old from leaving the club will be a massive blow for both Arsenal and Tottenham, who could do with that world-class all-rounder.
Lazio could regret January decision to not sell Milinkovic-Savic

With Milinkovic-Savic’s contract expiring in 2024, this January window feels like the perfect time to sell the Serbian international given his form this season and the potential performances the midfielder could have at the 2022 FIFA World Cup, and Lazio could regret now being open to offers in 2023.
After all, Arsenal or Tottenham could pay good money to sign Milinkovic-Savic in the winter, yet with Lazio once again not even entertaining offers in January, the Serie A side are once again shooting themselves in the foot from landing a huge pay day.
