Jamie Carragher has said on Sky Sports Premier League (7:34pm, October 10, 2022) that Arsenal forward Gabriel Martinelli “looks like a superstar”.
The former Liverpool defender was impressed by Martinelli’s performance for Arsenal against Jurgen Klopp’s side in the Premier League on Sunday.
The 21-year-old Brazil international scored a goal and provided an assist.
Arsenal won the match at the Emirates Stadium in North London 3-2.

The 21-year-old is a regular in Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta’s team now and starts matches when he is fit and available.
The Brazilian has made the left flank at Arsenal his own now and is taking his game to different levels with every passing week.
The way that Martinelli played against Liverpool and destroyed England international right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold was simply stunning.
Martinelli has scored four goals and provided two assists in nine Premier League appearances for Arsenal so far this season.
The Brazilian has scored 15 goals and created 12 big chances in 66 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career.
