Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has raved about Arsenal forward Gabriel Martinelli ahead of the Premier League game against Mikel Arteta’s side at the Emirates Stadium this weekend, as quoted in The Express.

Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool will lock horns with Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal away from home at the Emirates Stadium in North London in the Premier League on Sunday.

Ahead of the match, Klopp has been praising a number of Arsenal players, including 21-year-old Brazil international forward Martinelli.

The German had praised Martinelli before as well.

Klopp said about Martinelli: “They had a lot of talent already in the last few years with Martinelli and everybody. I was very early excited about him and he’s become exactly the player I expected he will be.”

Exciting player

In our view, Gabriel Martinelli is one of the best young footballers in the world at the moment and has established himself as an important player for Arsenal.

The Brazilian is a regular in the Gunners’ starting lineup and is doing extremely well at the moment.

The £41,000-a-week (SalarySport) forward has scored three goals and given one assist in eight Premier League matches for Arsenal so far this season.

Martinelli has also played twice in the UEFA Europa League for the Gunners so far this campaign.

The forward will be a massive player for Arsenal in their quest to win against Liverpool at the Emirates Stadium in the Premier League this weekend.
