Jesse Marsch’s Leeds United are competing with Everton, Nottingham Forest and Southampton among other clubs for the signature of Chelsea central defender Trevoh Chalobah in the summer transfer window, according to 90min.
90min have reported that Leeds, Forest, Southampton and Everton – who could reportedly make progress in signing a striker this week – all have contacted the representatives of Chalobah and are keen on securing his services if Chelsea decided to let him go on loan this summer.
Inter Milan and AS Roma are also reported to be interested in the 23-year-old, who can operate as a centre-back or as a defensive midfielder and could be sent out on loan.
90min have added that the future of Chalobah at Chelsea this season depends on whether or not the former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners are able to bring in Wesley Fofana from Leicester City before the summer transfer window closes next week.

Could Leeds United sign Trevoh Chalobah from Chelsea?
In our view, Leeds United are unlikely to be successful in their quest to sign Trevoh Chalobah from Chelsea in the summer transfer window.
Now, of course, Chelsea could decide to send the 23-year-old out on loan, but you have to say that the likes of Inter and Roma are more appealing clubs than Leeds.
After all, Inter and Roma will compete for the Serie A title this season and will also play in major European competitions.
