Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi is keen on a move to Eddie Howe’s Newcastle United in the summer transfer window, according to The Chronicle.
Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi interested in Newcastle transfer
The report has claimed that Newcastle are interested in signing Hudson-Odoi from Premier League rivals Chelsea this summer.
Newcastle have confirmed their interest in the England international winger, who himself is ‘keen’ on a switch to St. James’ Park, according to The Chronicle.
However, according to the report, the Magpies are not the only club who want to sign the £120,000-a-week (Spotrac) winger.
Clubs in Europe, Leicester City and Southampton are reportedly interested in the 21-year-old winger.
Chelsea would ideally want to send Hudson-Odoi to another Premier League club on a season-long loan deal.

Could a transfer happen?
In our view, Newcastle United could be able to sign Callum Hudson-Odoi from Chelsea in the summer transfer window.
A loan deal would make sense for all parties.
Newcastle are a big and ambitious club who play attacking football under manager Eddie Howe.
Chelsea would be able to monitor the winger in a Premier League setting, and the player himself would get the chance to play regular first-team football.
Hudson-Odoi has scored four goals and created 15 big chances in 72 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career.
