Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea are willing to pay Leicester City central defender Wesley Fofana £200,000 per week as salary to bring him to Stamford Bridge in the summer transfer window, according to The Daily Mail.
The Daily Mail have reported that Chelsea have agreed personal terms with Fofana and are willing to pay him £200,000 per week as wages.
The former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners are in talks with Leicester over a fee for the France international, having had bids of £60 million and £65 million for him already turned down.
Leicester value Fofana at over £80 million, according to the report, which has added that the 21-year-old is keen on a move to Chelsea this summer.
Could Chelsea sign Wesley Fofana from Leicester City?
In our opinion, if Chelsea have already agreed personal terms with Wesley Fofana and are continuing talks with Leicester City, then it is only a matter of time before the deal is complete.

We think that Chelsea and Leicester will eventually come to a compromise over a fee in the coming days.
After all, former Premier League champions Leicester will surely not want to keep a player who is keen on leaving, and if they are able to get £70 million and more for him, then it would be a very good piece of business.
