Jake Paul and Andrew Tate’s fans are urging the two internet stars to face each other in the ring after Jake’s fight with Hasim Rahman Jr was called off.
YouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul has made a huge name for himself in the professional boxing world, within a short span of time. He was set to fight pro boxer Hasim on Saturday, August 6.
However, the match was abruptly cancelled a week before the set date and now fans want the YouTuber to fight social media sensation, Andrew Tate.
Fans want Jake Paul and Andrew Tate to fight
Ever since Jake and Hasim’s fight was canceled, many fans have been commenting on both Andrew and Jake’s social media posts, urging them to fight each other.
“Fight Tate” many fans are writing under Jake’s Instagram posts.
“Jake Paul should fight Andrew Tate. It’s honestly what the world wants to see,” a fan wrote on Twitter.
Many took to Twitter to express their desire claiming a bout between the two could be the ‘biggest money fight in celebrity boxing.’ Several fans are already predicting the results if the two internet personalities were to fight one another.
Keemstar claims he heard rumours about fight from sources
Adding fuel to the flame, YouTuber Keemstar took to his Twitter on Wednesday, August 3rd claiming that he had heard ‘rumors from sources’ that Jake and Andrew were set to fight.
Moreover, the Mirror reports that Jake’s friend J’Leon Love, who has worked with him since his boxing career took off, believes that a bout between the YouTuber and Andrew would bring in a great amount of money to them huge as great viewership numbers are expected.
“No matter what, if Andrew and Jake fight they are going to do insane numbers,” J’Leon reportedly said. “Guaranteed they will. What makes sense makes money.”
Andrew Tate wanted to fight Jake Paul in the past. The Hustler’s University founder had offered $3million in cash to fight his Jake.
Jake Paul and Hasim Rahman Jr comment on fight cancellation
Due to Jake and Hasim’s fight cancellation, both sides are telling different stories.
Jake claims that Hasim ‘pulled out of the fight.’ Jake claimed in a video posted on his socials that Hasim like Tommy Fury was ‘scared to fight him.’
Jake and his promotion company MVP have also said that there was a weight issue with Hasim.
‘MVP and Jake Paul will not reward someone that has conducted themselves in such a deceiving and calculated manner,” their statement reads. “Therefore, MVP is left with no choice but to cancel the August 6th event. This forced outcome impacts Jake Paul, Amanda Serrano, and every other fighter on this card who has trained tirelessly over the past few months for this event.’
“Jake don’t want that he’ll only take the fight if I agree to 200 or 205. Like we both said I was 215 YESTERDAY and I’m getting fined 25% per pound! Keep the money I’m good with knocking him out,” Hasim wrote on Twitter.
