Arsenal winger Reiss Nelson may now get chance to impress manager Mikel Arteta, according to The Athletic.
The report has claimed that the 22-year-old winger ‘may get chances to impress Arteta’ at Arsenal this season.
This suggests that the North London club have changed their stance over selling Nelson – who has “enormous quality”, according to comments from Arteta in Football.London in September 2021.
Earlier this month, Goal reported that Feyenoord want to sign the winger on another loan deal, but Arsenal ‘would now prefer to sell the young attacker’.
The English winger spent last season on loan at Feyenoord from Arsenal.

The 22-year-old made 10 starts and 11 substitute appearances in the Eredivisie last season.
Nelson scored two goal and provided four assists in those matches.
Reiss Nelson needs to take his Arsenal chances
In our view, if Reiss Nelson is to have a future at Arsenal, then he will have to make the most of the chances he will get at the Gunners.
It is very likely that Arteta will use the winger in cup competitions and the UEFA Europa League.
And we think that the English youngster needs to impress the Arsenal boss in those games.
Nelson is out of contract at Arsenal in the summer of 2023, so if he does well in the coming months, then he could earn a new deal.
