Tottenham target Memphis Depay offered to Newcastle United
90min have reported that Barcelona forward Depay has been offered to Newcastle.
The report has added that Newcastle head coach Eddie Howe has concerns over the former Manchester United forward’s ‘suitability for his system’.
Interestingly, Depay has been linked with Tottenham Hotspur as well in the summer transfer window.

Sport have reported that Tottenham made a call to the 28-year-old a few days ago while they were closing a loan deal with Barcelona for central defender Clement Lenglet.
Spurs spoke with the Barcelona star’s entourage, and the forward received the interest ‘coldly’ before subsequently telling the North London club that he does not want to move now.
Sensible stance?
In our view, Newcastle United head coach Eddie Howe not being particularly keen on Memphis Depay is understandable.
The forward may have done well at Lyon and Barcelona, but he could not make a huge impact in the Premier League when he was at Manchester United.
Yes, Depay is a more matured and better player now, but there will always be doubts.
If Howe does not think that the Netherlands international would make his team better, then PIF should not sign him.
