Chelsea target Sergej Milinkovic-Savic does not fancy a move to Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal or Eddie Howe’s Newcastle United in the summer transfer window, according to CM.
CM have reported that Arsenal and Newcastle United have made a bid of €50 million (£42.34m) for Lazio midfielder Milinkovic-Savic.
Lazio have turned them down and are looking for €70 million (£59.27m) as transfer fee for the Serbia international midfielder, according to the report in the Italian news outlet.
Milinkovic-Savic himself is not keen on a move to Arsenal or Newcastle, according to CM, who have added that Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea are interested in him as well.

Arsenal to miss out on Chelsea target Sergej Milinkovic-Savic?
In our view, Arsenal are likely to miss out Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic to London and Premier League rivals Chelsea.
If the player himself does not fancy a move to Arsenal, then there is nothing much that the Gunners can do.
Chelsea are a big club who regularly challenge for the Premier League and the UEFA Champions League.
Milinkovic-Savic is 27 now, and at this stage of his career, a move to Chelsea and challenging for trophies would appeal more than a transfer to Arsenal who will not even play in the UEFA Champions League next season.
It remains to be seen if Chelsea make a bid for Milinkovic-Savic.
