Manchester United make offer to Leeds United target Christian Eriksen
The Daily Star have reported that Manchester United have made a verbal offer to former Tottenham Hotspur attacking midfielder Eriksen and are willing to hand him a two-year contract worth £150,000 per week.
The report has added that the Denmark international playmaker would be willing to move to Manchester United if the Red Devils signed Frenkie de Jong and Tyrell Malacia in the summer transfer window.
Blow
Manchester United’s offer to Eriksen will come as a blow for Leeds United and Newcastle United.

Both the Whites and the Magpies have been linked with the playmaker, who is a free agent at the moment following his departure from Brentford.
Newcastle, Leicester City and Everton have made offers to Eriksen, according to The Times last month.
CBS journalist Ben Jacobs said on The Done Deal Show last month that Leeds are among the clubs who are interested in the 30-year-old, described as “the complete midfielder” by Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti in GhanaSoccernet in February 2020.
Manchester United are one of the biggest clubs in the world and are willing to offer Eriksen £150,000 per week.
We do not think that Leeds would be willing to or afford to pay that much money to a 30-year-old.
