Everton are ‘bracing’ themselves for an approach from Tottenham Hotspur about signing Richarlison this summer.
Tottenham have been linked with signing the Brazilian attacker over the transfer window.
And according to Fabrizio Romano, the Everton forward himself is ‘open’ to the idea of moving to Spurs before September.
According to Sky Sports, the Toffees are well aware of the Lilywhites’ interest in signing the former Watford player and the same publication claims that those on Merseyside are expecting an offer shortly.
Earlier this summer, it was reported that Tottenham had agreed a deal to sign Richarlison.
And although that looks wide of the mark, a move to North London is looking increasingly likely.
In fact, earlier today Sky Sports added an update on their previous information by revealing that Anthony Gordon is also a target for Fabio Paratici and Antonio Conte this summer.
Whether Conte can bring both Everton stars to Spurs remains to be seen, but Richarlison should be the priority.
This is a team who have been reliant on Harry Kane and Son Heung-min for the longest time.
The Italian manager needs additional strings to his bow and in the form of Richarlison, well Tottenham will certainly be a more well-rounded attacking force.
