Is Andrew Gillum still married?

Yes, Andrew Gillum is still married to his wife, R. Jai.

The pair have been married for 13 years and share three children: Davis Allen, Caroline, and Jackson.

Andrew and R. Jai’s marriage has weathered many storms – the recent arrest arrest being the latest one.

Politician came out as bisexual in 2020

Six months after the controversy erupted, Andrew did a TV interview with Tamron Hall and revealed that he is attracted to both men and women. This made him the most prominent openly bisexual man in American politics.

In another exclusive interview with GQ, R. Jai and Andrew revealed how their marriage had survived the controversy. The couple revealed that it took “hours of tearful talks, couples therapy and a new policy of “radical honesty,” all of which occurred when they were locked up in quarantine.

“I think that the pandemic probably saved our marriage,” R. Jai said. “In the sense that we couldn’t go anywhere,” Andrew continued.

The statement says: “The Indictment alleges that between 2016 and 2019, defendants Gillum and Lettman-Hicks conspired to commit wire fraud, by unlawfully soliciting and obtaining funds from various entities and individuals through false and fraudulent promises and representations that the funds would be used for a legitimate purpose.”

In a statement of his own, Andrew has denied any wrongdoing.

“I have spent the last 20 years of my life in public service and continue to fight for the people,” his statement read.

“Every campaign I’ve run has been done with integrity. Make no mistake that this case is not legal, it is political.”.
