Udinese director Pierpaolo Marino has said that the club will not sell Destiny Udogie to Antonio Conte’s Tottenham Hotspur in the summer transfer window, as quoted by journalist Fabrizio Romano.
Sky Sports have reported that Tottenham are interested in signing Udinese left-back Udogie this summer.
Tottenham’s Managing director of football Fabio Paratici has met with Udogie’s representatives and is keen on bringing the 19-year-old Italian left-back to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this summer, according to the report.
However, Marino has said that Udinese will not sell the Italy Under-21 international after just one season.
Udogie is technically on loan from Hellas Verona, but he will join Udinese permanently at the end of the month.

Potential Tottenham Hotspur blow regarding Destiny Udogie
Romano quotes Marino as saying about Udogie potentially moving to Tottenham this summer: ”We’re not used to sell our talents after one season.”
Could a transfer happen?
In our view, Tottenham Hotspur could still sign Destiny Udogie from Udinese in the summer transfer window.
Yes, the Italian club do not want to sell him now, but money talks.
If Tottenham make a good offer to Udinese and are also able to convince the left wing-back, then a transfer to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium could well happen this summer.
Udogie made 29 starts and six substitute appearances in Serie A for Udinese last season.
The teenager scored five goals and provided four assists in those games.
