Speaking on the Que Golazo Podcast, Fabrizio Romano has been discussing Tyler Adams and Leeds’ interest in the American.
Interestingly, a few weeks ago, the journalist offered Adams up as a suggestion for Leeds after they signed Brenden Aaronson.
To be honest, it wasn’t an outlandish suggestion. After all, Leeds have been doing business with the Red Bull clubs this summer and Adams is a player that Marsch knows well.
Now, Romano claims that Leeds are actually exploring the possibility of bringing Adams to the club, stating that he’s a name on the Whites’ shortlist.
What’s been said?
Romano spoke about Adams.
“Yes, my feeling is that he will leave the club this summer. There is nothing agreed with any club, you mention that clubs are interested, and that is normal, so many clubs are exploring this possibility, including Leeds, but at the moment there is nothing agreed, at the moment Leeds are focused on Marc Roca from Bayern. But for Tyler Adams, he’s a player they have on their list, for Jesse Marsch it is normal for him to consider him an interesting opportunity for the midfield, it is not advanced, but to answer your question, I see Tyler Adams leaving this summer,” Romano said.

New-look midfield
Leeds could have a brand new midfield next season if this is true.
They’ve already signed Brenden Aaronson, Marco Roca appears to be on his way, and it looks as though Adams is also a player that could arrive.
With Adam Forshaw perennially injured, Mateusz Klich out of form and Kalvin Phillips seemingly on his way to Manchester City, Leeds certainly need midfield reinforcements, and luckily, it seems as though they’re on their way.
United are wasting no time in bolstering their ranks this summer.
