Owen made the comments about the AS Roma striker on Channel 4 in the build-up to the UEFA Nations League game between England and Italy at Molineux Stadium on Saturday evening.
The match finished in a goalless draw.
Former Chelsea striker Abraham started for the Three Lions and played for 65 minutes.
90min reported in May that Arsenal are among the clubs interested in signing the 24-year-old striker in the summer transfer window.
The Gunners are reported to have made contact with intermediaries to ask about the 6ft 3in striker’s availability.

Michael Owen on Arsenal striker Tammy Abraham
Owen said about Abraham on Channel 4 (7:36pm, June 11, 2022): “In between the sticks, he is brilliant. He can finish. He is massive, isn’t he? He was training before. He was huge.”
Owen was a great goalscoring in his day, turning out for Liverpool, Real Madrid and Manchester United among other clubs.
The former England international striker seems very impressed by Abraham, and that is encouraging for Arsenal.
The Gunners need to sign at least two quality strikers, and Abraham would be a good addition to Arteta’s side.
The 24-year-old England international striker scored 17 goals and gave four assists in Serie A, and found the back of the net three times in seven Conference League games for Roma this past season.
