Tottenham are interested in Marc Guehi but a deal for the Crystal Palace defender may prove to be very expensive this summer.
Tottenham have secured their first signing of the summer by bringing in Ivan Perisic on a free transfer from Inter Milan.
There are bound to be more signings coming and goalkeeper Fraser Forster looks to be another free agent on his way in.
Antonio Conte will though want money spent on big signings and another centre back appears to be a key focus.
Josko Gvardiol and Alessandro Bastoni have all been mentioned but Tottenham could also look closer to home with Guehi.

Tottenham really need to bring in homegrown numbers for squad quota reasons, especially if the likes of Harry Winks move on.
Forster will help that but Tottenham will need more – and Crystal Palace defender Guehi is on their wish list.
The Daily Mail reported in May that Tottenham are looking towards Guehi as a possible signing this summer.
Tottenham are mostly looking for a left-sided centre back given the links to Gvardiol and Bastoni.
Yet Guehi’s quality and huge potential may just leave Tottenham feeling that they must bring him in if they can.
Guehi joined Palace for £18million last summer as he decided to leave Chelsea for a move to Selhurst Park.
Guehi’s decision paid dividends as he played a key role for Palace and was even named their Players’ Player of the Season.
The defender has also become an England international and the sky appears to be the limit for the 21-year-old.
Tottenham now fancy taking him across London but Fabio Paratici won’t find this deal easy.
Football London reporter Alasdair Gold claims that Tottenham love Guehi’s leadership and the fact that he is a homegrown talent makes him all the more attractive.
Gold does though add that Guehi has four years left on his Palace deal and they would want big money, meaning Tottenham make be priced out.
“They like him as well,” said Gold. “I think the difference there is he’s a right footer, he’s obviously a former Chelsea guy wasn’t he, it’s only been a season at Palace as well, so you’d imagine there’s quite big money there. I think he has got a deal until 2026, he’s only 21. The reason Spurs like him is he’s a bit of a leader as well, good character. He was captain for Vieira’s Palace side quite a few times in the second half of the season – at 21 years old, that’s quite impressive.”
“In terms of homegrown numbers as well, that’s another tick for that box, but price wise I think he’s going to be right up there,” he added.
